Terms and conditions

To be eligible for the $10,000 Flight Centre Voucher, the purchaser must:

1. Be one of the first two purchasers of a Chapter, Ashburton apartment to:
   • Enter into a sales contract on or after 12 July 2022 and pay full deposit between 12 July 2022 and 31st August 2022; and
   • Have a fully unconditional contract
2. The gift voucher will be delivered via email within 10 business days of meeting the above conditions
3. The receiver of the Flight Centre voucher must adhere to Flight Centre’s terms and conditions found here: https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions
4. Only one $10,000 voucher per apartment sold
5. KM Develop takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or expired vouchers
6. In the event of purchaser default, KM Develop reserves the right to recover the value of the voucher.
7. Offer expires 31 August 2022, unless extended.
8. KM Develop reserves the right to extend the offer beyond the next two purchasers and the dates mentioned above. If so, Terms and conditions numbers 2 to 5 apply.
